Agreement Overview

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions between Slotage Affiliates ("we," "us," "our," or "Program"), a brand representing Slotage Casino, and you ("you," "your," or "Affiliate"), regarding your application to and participation in the Slotage Partners affiliate program ("the Program").

By submitting an application to join the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Definitions

  • Program: The Slotage Partners affiliate program.
  • Affiliate: The individual or entity applying to participate in the Program.
  • Player: A new, unique customer referred by the Affiliate to the Casino who registers a real-money account.
  • Casino: The online gambling operator Slotage Casino, accessible at slotage.com.
  • Referred Revenue: The net revenue generated by Players referred by the Affiliate, calculated as: (Total Bets - Total Wins - Bonuses - Jackpot Contributions - Payment Processor Fees - Chargebacks).
  • Commission: The earnings due to the Affiliate based on the Referred Revenue and the agreed commission structure.
  • Marketing Materials: Banners, tracking links, logos, text links, and other promotional materials provided by the Program.
  • Payment Models: The method of calculating Commission based on specific results from the Affiliate's marketing activities. The available models are:
    • CPA (Cost Per Action): Commission is paid for a specific action, typically the first deposit made by a referred Player.
    • Revenue Share: Commission is calculated as a percentage of the Referred Revenue.
    • Hybrid: A combination of two payable results. The first event (e.g., a Player's first deposit) is paid upfront. The second event is a percentage of the Referred Revenue. The total Commission from the Revenue Share component must cover the amount paid for the first event for the cohort of players over a minimum period (e.g., 3 months) before additional Revenue Share commissions are paid.
  • Hold Period: The period during which a referred Player is reviewed to confirm their status as a valid, active Player and to check for any violations of the Casino or Program rules. Commissions are not finalized until this period is complete.
  • Active Player: A Player who regularly returns to the Casino, makes deposits, and wagers real money.

Affiliate Application and Obligations

  1. 3.1 To join the Program, you must complete and submit an online application on the https://slotageaffiliates.com/ website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
  2. 3.2. You are obligated to provide accurate and complete information during the application process and to update us promptly of any changes.
  3. 3.3. You agree to promote the Casino ethically and in full compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where you operate and where your marketing is targeted.
  4. 3.4. You are solely responsible for the content and placement of your marketing activities, including the development, operation, and maintenance of your website(s) and any related costs.
  5. 3.5. Before starting marketing activities, and upon our request, you must provide detailed information about your planned marketing methods and materials, including links to websites, banners, texts, and other advertising content. If you use third-party advertising networks, you must provide objective data (e.g., screenshots of ad account statistics) to confirm the placement. Failure to provide such information may result in termination of this Agreement without payment.

Intellectual Property License

  1. 4.1 Upon acceptance into the Program, we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use our Marketing Materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Casino in accordance with this Agreement.
  2. 4.2 You may not modify the Marketing Materials without our prior written consent.
  3. 4.3 All intellectual property rights in the Casino brand, name, and Marketing Materials remain our exclusive property.

Commission Structure and Payment

  1. 5.1 Commissions are calculated based on your chosen and agreed Payment Model (CPA, Revenue Share, or Hybrid) and the performance of your referred Players.
  2. 5.2. The standard commission structure is a revenue share model, details of which are available in your affiliate account dashboard. We reserve the right to change the commission structure or applicable Payment Model upon 30 days' written notice.
  3. 5.3. Commissions are subject to a Hold Period and are considered earned only after a Player is verified as valid and has met the conditions of your Payment Model (e.g., made a deposit and wagered real money). We will not pay commissions on accounts generated through fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise prohibited means.
  4. 5.4. Commission payments will be processed by the 15th day of each month for the previous month's earnings, provided your earned Commission meets or exceeds the minimum payment threshold of €/$100 (or equivalent). Amounts below this threshold will be rolled over to the next month.
  5. 5.5. You are solely responsible for paying any and all taxes, fees, and other costs levied by any authority in relation to the Commission earned under this Agreement.
  6. 5.6. We reserve the right to withhold payment and investigate any suspected fraud or breach of this Agreement. If we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of our terms, we may switch the commission calculation for the affected traffic to the Revenue Share model or withhold payments entirely.

Prohibited Marketing Activities

STRICTLY PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES. Engaging in any of the following will be considered a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all outstanding commissions:

  1. 6.1. Spam: Sending unsolicited commercial emails (spam) or posting unauthorized advertisements. All marketing must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable laws.
  2. 6.2. Brand Bidding: Bidding on or using our brand names, trademarks, or variations thereof (e.g., "Slotage," "Slotage Casino") as keywords on pay-per-click networks (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  3. 6.3. Unauthorized Claims: Making any false, misleading, or unauthorized claims about the Casino or its services.
  4. 6.4. Targeting Restricted Jurisdictions: Actively promoting the Casino in any country or jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your target audience.
  5. 6.5. Incentivized Traffic: Offering incentives (e.g., cash, rewards, special bonuses) solely for the purpose of opening an account or making a deposit.
  6. 6.6. Self-Referral: Registering as a Player through your own affiliate links or encouraging your employees, family members, or friends to do so.
  7. 6.7. Malicious Software: Using any software (e.g., adware, spyware, pop-up/pop-under generators) that downloads onto a user's device without their consent.
  8. 6.8. Cookie Stuffing: Using any means to set tracking cookies without a user's clear and intentional interaction with your Marketing Materials.
  9. 6.9. Misrepresentation: Impersonating another individual or entity in marketing channels (e.g., Telegram) or using someone else's content to mislead users.
  10. 6.10. Unauthorized Content: Using images of politicians, political themes, or content related to state or charitable funds without authorization. Using illegally obtained content or clones of other websites for SEO purposes is also prohibited.

Term and Termination

  1. 7.1. This Agreement begins upon our acceptance of your application and continues indefinitely until terminated.
  2. 7.2. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party seven (7) days written notice.
  3. 7.3. We may terminate this Agreement immediately without notice if you breach any term of this Agreement.
  4. 7.4 Upon termination:
    1. Your license to use the Marketing Materials will immediately cease.
    2. You must remove all Marketing Materials and links from your website(s) immediately.
    3. You will be entitled to receive any unpaid commissions earned prior to the date of termination, provided they were earned in accordance with this Agreement. Note: If termination is due to your breach (especially fraudulent activity), all outstanding and future commissions will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

  1. 8.1. We will not be liable to you for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.
  2. 8.2. Our total aggregate liability to you under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer

We make no representations or warranties regarding the potential income, revenue, or success you may achieve as an Affiliate. The Program is provided on an "as is" basis.

Miscellaneous

  1. 10.1. Independent Contractor: You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between the parties.
  2. 10.2. Modification: We reserve the right to modify any part of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the affiliate website. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
  3. 10.3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belize.
